This muscle up conditioning trainer will assist the athlete in kipping based pulling movements. Designed after our popular pull up training band, it has been formatted to coach the athlete in using the correct form and muscle group to accurately complete the muscle up/kipping movement. A must for any Cross Fitness athlete. It comes in two different sizes that work based on your height. 

  • Large - 5'10" or taller
  • Small - 5'9" or shorter
