This pull up conditioning trainer will assist the athlete in bar based pulling movements. It has been formatted to coach the athlete in using the correct form and muscle group to accurately complete the pulling movement. It comes in two different sizes that work based on your height. 

• Large - 5'10" or taller
• Small - 5'9" or shorter
